Shipping policy

We offer free express shipping to the United States. Orders are shipped from Morocco using trusted express carriers such as FedEx or DHL.

Ready-to-ship rugs: Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order & custom rugs: Production time varies depending on the size and design. Most custom rugs require approximately 2–8 weeks to complete before shipping. An estimated production time will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Delivery: Once shipped, express delivery generally takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & import charges: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees depending on the destination country. Any applicable charges not included at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
