Shipping
Every Tazlune rug is carefully prepared and shipped directly from Morocco.
We offer free express shipping to the United States. Orders are shipped with trusted international carriers such as FedEx or DHL Express, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
For made-to-order and custom rugs, production time varies depending on the size and complexity of the design. An estimated production time will be provided when you place your order.
Once your rug has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges may vary depending on the destination and local regulations.
Returns
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning your rug so we can provide return instructions.
The rug must be returned in its original condition. Unless the item arrives damaged or there has been an error with your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Because our rugs are shipped internationally from Morocco, return shipping costs can be significant. We recommend contacting us before arranging a return.
Custom & Made-to-Order Rugs
Because custom and made-to-order rugs are created specifically according to your selected size, colors, and design, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or differ materially from the agreed specifications.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your rug arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the rug and packaging. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
